Shipping Policy

All orders are manufactured, fulfilled and shipped from George, South Africa. Shipping charge calculations are based on a combination of the distance in kilometres of the delivery address from George, zone classification of the delivery address, volumetric weight and actual weight.

Orders will be couriered to the delivery address provided. Courier charge calculations are based on the distance in kilometres of the delivery address from George, zone classification of the delivery address, as well as volumetric and actual weight. An estimated courier charge will be calculated automatically when generating a quote or at checkout. The estimated courier charge is subject to cost verification of the actual address by the courier company and may therefore change. In the event that the actual courier charge is different to the estimated courier charge, the customer will be informed before the order is completed.
